On sirene.fr , the created files are lists of establishments. Each line in a file represents an establishment with variables caracterizing the establishment and variables caracterizing the enterprise to which the establishment is related.

The “Refusal of registration” service disappears with the implementation of Sirene 4, since the creation of legal units and establishments are now validated before being distributed.

“Non-streamable” services are also disappearing. Indeed, since March 21, 2023, the non-diffusible "N" modality is no longer available, and the dissemination status of previously non-diffusible "N" units has been automatically changed to "P" for partial diffusion. There are therefore no more non-diffusible “N” units in the Sirene database.

Diffusion partielle

The identification information of natural persons as well as the location information of establishments - apart from the municipality - are not disseminated for units which have been the subject of an opposition request and which therefore have the dissemination status of " P" for partial diffusion. The value "[ND]" (Not Broadcast) then replaces the data not broadcast in the different outputs and files.
